Children’s Ministry

The primary focus of our children’s ministry is to create a space where kids feel safe, loved and where they can learn to be more like Christ. In addition to our weekly ministries for children, each year we partner with the staff from Spring Heights Camp to host a weeklong day camp during the summer.

Children’s Sunday School

Children and teachers exit the sanctuary after the Children’s Message.

Club 252 (i.e. “Children’s Church”)

Club 252 begins at 11 a.m. each week. The name “Club 252” comes from Luke 2:52, which describes Jesus hitting all of the important developmental milestones as a child and adolescent. It says, “Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and people.” At Elizabeth Memorial, we want to help children grow in all the ways that Jesus did.

Youth Group

Our active youth group meets each week throughout the school year. Some weeks are focused on fun, while other weeks the youth engage in a service project or Bible Study. In addition to our weekly gatherings, the youth have several events and trips planned throughout the year.

You can find out more about our youth by contacting: Kim Shomo in the church office at (304) 342-7351.
